I had trouble finding pendant lights for my kitchen island, as I have standard 8' ceilings. A lot of the pictures of lights that look amazing turn out to be from rooms with higher ceilings. I also wanted a rod rather than a cord. These lights fit the bill, and can use one, two or three rods to adjust to the right height.
