The pinnacle of knife-making, our Shogun Collection features individually forged Damascus kitchen knives made of 67-layer Japanese Damascus Steel with a HRC Rating of 62 for unparalleled hardiness and performance. 33-layers of Damascus on each side surround the Japanese VG10 Steel Core. Built to last and retain sharpness so that you will never need another set of knives again. Our Shogun knives have seamless welding from blade to handle. The handle itself is a G10 Full Body handle that confers a firm yet comfortable grip to make your chopping as effortless as possible. The knives boast a 15° cutting angle for superior cutting, as compared to a typical 25° edge angle found in most Western knives. You WILL feel the difference from the very first cut. Achieve culinary perfection with our Shogun Collection.

These are very sharp and easy to use. They are well balanced and weighty. So far they have made meal prep a breeze and added fun to cooking!. Jennifer. Portland, OR. Wed Jun 03 2026

Whether you enjoy cooking or consider yourself the ultimate pizza lover, bring out your inner chef with this versatile set including pizza cutter, tomato knife, and cheese knife. The unique curved blade of the pizza cutter is specifically designed to slice through any pie with ease. The cheese and tomato knives are great for any recipe calling for tomatoes or cheese, making them essential for every kitchen. The handles of this set are reminiscent of the vivid colors of the sun setting in the heart of Tuscany featuring luxe cream, autumnal apricot, and deep russet red shades. The Laguiole design originated in France and is renowned for having a curved handle with three rivets and a bee on its bolster. The bee is the symbol of Napoleon and the French monarchy. A gorgeous addition to any kitchen, keep this showstopping set on display for added style! Bring on the pizza party!

These knives were not only visually appealing but also incredibly functional. They brought a touch of l’art de vivre to the dining table. I enjoyed displaying them as much as using them. And of course, the French Home’s Laguiole collection elevates this classic French brand to new heights of elegance and quality.. Anonymous. Sat Jul 18 2026
