These pans have the most effective non-stick surface I have ever seen. They heat evenly and cook efficiently. The exterior finish is shiny and, after use, it washes beautifully with no stains or residue. I have been using these pans for a few weeks now and recommend them highly. I love the small one for omelets and fried eggs. The medium is a great all purpose fry pan and the large one is great for sautéing fish and chicken cutlets. I use these fry pans a lot!. Mary S. This fry pan is a kitchen staple that every ambitious home chef should have handy. They're great for creating strong, even heat, and they season as you use them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan heats up evenly and holds it well. This is a heavy duty pan which is exactly what I’m looking for as it seems more hopeful for its longevity compared to other materials like non-stick. The cast iron interior is easy to clean..
