A very stylish design, barely hides numerous flaws in workmanship in this pricey version of a chrome (brushed, in this case) swivel and height adjustable counter stool. It rises correctly upon demand, but height is less than steady when one is seated allowing some surprise partial descent of about six inches. The leather appears and feels “real,” but of lower quality. Still, I would guess that a real animal misses it. The fit of the leather is poor, quite visibly bulging out on all sides. These bulges may ultimately show dirt, discoloration or wear unevenly. They are unacceptable, but I doubt that they are limited to the chaos I received.
