I ordered the Hestan Bond Pro Luxe skillets to try out before commiting to a whole set because these pans are pricey. The design, quality, and attention to details are phenomenal. I've used both the 8" and 11" skillets on our propane cooktop and realized that cooking everything on LOW HEAT with adequate fats such as butter or olive oil are necessary.
