I just love this little pot! The color I bought, Shallot, is like a soft pink/lavender color, and the weight of this pan is heavy, but still easily maneuverable on the stovetop. I love that I can cook something on the stovetop and put this saucepan in the oven to keep my dish warm. Great for gravies, heating small bowls of soup, small batch berry pie filling, boiling water for small portions of dumplings, stuffing, rice, or whatever small dishes you'd need a saucepan for.
