The pan seems to work as well as our old Green Pan, which finally got scratched too much after years of use. But it is a "busy" design, seemingly devoted to promoting Bobby Flay. The handle with a rubber envelope is no better than our original, and the extra handle on the other side is not needed. It just reeks of showmanship. But...
