My second one! Perfect for crispy gyozas and even cooking.
This is the second time I have purchased this sauté pan because the first one performed so well. It has become a staple in my kitchen for several reasons:
Superior Heat Distribution: The heat distributes perfectly across the entire surface. Unlike other pans I’ve used, this one has a very uniform temperature, which is essential for consistent cooking.
Crispy gyozas: I love making gyozas in this pan. Because of the even heat, they come out incredibly crispy every single time, which was always a struggle with my older, non-uniform pans.
