The Frank Lloyd Wright Barton House Buffet Door Stained Glass is inspired by the built-in buffet in the home that Wright built for D.D. Martin's sister and her husband in Buffalo, New York in 1903.

This stylized design of a desert landscape is adapted from Saguaro Forms and Cactus Flowers; one of a set of magazine covers Frank Lloyd Wright designed for Liberty magazine in 1927, but was not published at the time. Since then this design was re-created by Mr. Wright in 1955 for a rug and was also adapted by the Taliesin Architects for an art glass window installed in the 1970s remodel of the entrance to the Arizona Biltmore Resort in Phoenix, Arizona where it can still be seen today.

Considered one of Frank Lloyd Wright's most important building designs, Unity Temple, Oak Park, Illinois, 1905 , stands as an example and testament to Wrights genius by providing a uniquely American architecture. This design is adapted from the vast skylight above the square sanctuary. Composed of twenty-five panels using warm brown, deep gold and opalescent white, the skylight is designed so each panel is turned ninety degrees from its neighbor.

This Frank Lloyd Wright May Basket Metal Framed Stained Glass vividly recreates one of Wright's most popular designs. This graphic design, May Basket, was one of twelve magazine covers designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1927 for Liberty magazine. Although they were not published at that time, these designs have proved to be timeless. Mr. Wright developed two of them into rug designs in 1955, and they and others have been adapted for other products as well.

I have 4 windows in my LR, and the sun hits all of them during the day. The effect is stunning! The product is well made, with 2 kinds of display hardware (one for hanging, one for placement on a table or shelf.) The pictures are very true to the original Louis Comfort Tiffany window, and though it is not traditional pieced stained glass, the glass is very elegant, and the colors vivid. I am very pleased..
