High quality chair! Easy to assemble, although parts were heavy. Comfortable, adjustable, has nonattached lumbar cervical support pillows. Arrived quickly extremely well packaged. Built with taller but not wider people in mind. This 6’ tall older woman with chronic back pain is very happy with it. Only 2 issues 1) the chair base curves up at the sides puts pressure on my thighs-it could use more padding. 2) the lowest seat height couldshould be 2” lower. More for gaming less for office use. Still deserves 5 stars would highly recommend.

This gaming chair is very comfortable and Luxe. I play video game contests for at least eight hours a day so I’m sitting majority of work shift time in the chair I love how it pushes back the height of just high and low the cushions are comfortable and soft and the pillow by the head rest is amazing for my neck I would recommend this chair to anyone who is gamer or sits in front of a computer or at a desk for long periods of time your back will thank you

BEST FREAKIN CHAIR EVER! This office chair is amazing! To start, I Must address the phenomenal packing of the pieces. Each small piece of the chair was packaged in its separate spaces within a precise cut-out foam and housed in a container the larger pieces wrapped securely and carefully. As I unboxed the pieces, I discovered a huge cardboard that had the instructions on it, along with large pictures of each section. Those 2 factors immediately satisfied me because I have the tendency to pay close attention to how a company package and present their products - as it represents them and their perception of their products value. Also, the instruction board method was something Id never seen before and it made assembly SOOO much better and convenient - since I didnt have to put down pieces in order to free up a hand to pick up instruction booklets sheets. As I unboxed, I also realized how big the chair was! The chair was much larger than I thought - to my delight - and its thickness was equally delightful as well. The quality is superb, as the faux leather material and stitching is of the best quality and is beautifully manufactured. Assembly was very easy, as the instructions were clear and concise. After I assembled this mammoth beauty, I sat in it to test it. Again, the chair and its base equipment is made with quality, so there isnt any squeaking or feeling of instability while sitting in it and moving around. It is extremely comfortable and there isnt any awkwardness in body positioning. The added bonuses of the lumbar pillow and head pillow takes this chair over the moon! Both pieces are easily removable and the head pillow has a strap around the back so that it could be adjusted to ones preferred position level and security. Please note that I always try to be as transparent as possible by pointing out the cons in a product - so that I can give the most accurate review, however I can truly say that I cannot find any cons with this chair whatsoever! This company, Luxe Master, is quiet simply above the rest! I plan for this chair and I to have a long, happy, pleasing, comfortable life together - so Im interested to find out its lastibility! Based on the quality of it, I believe Ill be able to enjoy it for many years to come. Overall, I would highly recommend this chair to anyone who appreciates the ultimate luxury of a quality and comfortable office chair. It has made my long office hours immensely more bearable. This chair is beyond anything I expected. Not only is it beautiful but it is extremely comfortable and has adjusting arms and you could raise it or lower it. The best part is the back is adjustable just like in a car. Your flip a switch and you can recline. The lumbar support pillow and head pillow or just pluses. I would highly recommend this chair! It was extremely easy to put together. And it comes with all the tools needed.

First off the instructions and packing of this chair are amazing. Every single thing you need to put it together is exceptionally well packaged and the instructions are large, with pictures, and helpful hints. I was very impressed. Put the chair together in about 15 minutes. The chair is very firm but it's comfortable for sitting in all day (I'm using it as an office chair) and you can adjust the position of the back as well which is nice. I took off one star because I'm 5'6" and at the lowest setting my feet just barely touch the ground when I'm sitting in the chair. If you are shorter than me, you might not like it unless you get a stool for your feet. Also the chair has a slight odor that hasn't gone away yet but I've only had it one week. Otherwise it's a great chair.

This is a seriously nice chair. It is made with automobile quality materials and is HEAVY. The comfort and quality is better than any I found at the local office store. My husband is very happy with it, as he uses it for his at-home work and for gaming.

This is a great chair! It arrived very quickly, and was packed securely with a lot of foam. The instructions were unlike anything I have seen (a large, in color, board with instructions and pictures), making it easy to put together. It is extremely comfortable and has so many adjustments, it almost feels like it was made just for you. I found the added lumbar to be too much for me personally, but it might be helpful for some. We aren't gamers, so this chair will only be used when using the computer, but I can see a gamer would really loving luxury of this chair. I highly recommend it!

My family loves this chair. With working from home and schooling at home this chair is comfortable, well built and very attractive. The assembly was easy and fun because a poster sized instruction sheet was provided.

Easy to assemble, seems very sturdy, and comfortable. My son is 6'4" and sits comfortably in this chair, would definitely recommend.
