So this mattress got unpacked and decompressed quickly and easily. I’m really glad we went with the 16 inch on our platform bed. It actually sits up higher that our old mattress and I was worried it might be too low and was pleasantly surprised. I like to sink in and be cushioned a bit since I’m a side sleeper with hip pain and this worked well. I haven’t noticed an overtly cooling effect but then again that could be due to my hot flashes. I contemplated ordering this mattress for a couple months before finally doing it and so far I have zero regrets! Shipping was fast, communication was great with tracking. Packaging was easy to open, and the mattress is great quality for the price. Firm and not flimsy, yet still soft.
