I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The box looks like it should be good quality, but unfortunately it arrived in poor condition. I contacted customer service to report the issue, and while they offered a 20 discount, I asked for a bit more since I really don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it, buying another one, and waiting again for shipping. They asked me to wait 24 hours for a response, so I’m still hoping for a better resolution. This is actually my third recent order with problems, which is very frustrating. I’ve been a Wayfair customer for years and never had this many issues before. Really disappointed with this experience. I received an email from Wayfair saying they are going to credit back to my original payment method, which I appreciate. My partner and I have been using this split frame for a few months now and we love it. This is our first hollow box spring after living with an old coil box spring for so long. This bed frame is great! I really enjoy not having to deal with a box spring anymore & the storage space underneath is wonderful. My only complaint is the skirt portion. It's difficult to put it on & makes the storage space inaccessible unless you remove the mattress first. Once I realized it I took it off & purchased a removable skirt from a different company.
