Halo Flatweave Wool Rug

A flatweave rug of hand-carded wool. Subtle, sophisticated, and soft: what more could you want in a rug? The Halo rug's ground is an angel-soft hand-carded wool, luxurious and understated. Hand-carding requires skill and attention, and we use a kilim-style weave to show off the yarn's natural texture. A blend of New Zealand wool and European wool creates a natural abrash effect from cream to beige to brown. The touch of color comes in from its cotton warp, shining through the wool weft around the edges and fringe, like a frame or a Halo.
