Tecumseth Hand Tufted Wool Oriental Rug

This is a gorgeous rug. The description is spot on. I highly recommend.

All the wool fibers are coming out & getting everywhere, I just noticed they go in my dogs eyes. All the wool fibers are all over my house,under all the furniture. Every time I vacuum just this carpet-the fibers fill my vacuum container. Clumps are coming out of carpet.

The colors are not AT ALL what your monitor shows. I know it's not my monitor because other rugs have arrived looking exactly like the picture. No beiges like the picture.......all beiges are shades of green. The pink is a BRIGHT tangerine orange. Actually, it's a pretty ugly rug all told. Texture of rug is great and size is accurate. I would have given it 5 stars if the colors had been as the website's photos depicted.

RUG: This is such a gorgeous, thick, quality Safavieh area rug! I absolutely love it. I bought the 11x15 Pink/Navy/Ivory and it was over 100lbs, so try to make sure the orientation of the rug is correct before you unroll it completely because it is heavy. It's a wool rug, so it is shedding alot, but that's to be expected. I have had other Safavieh rugs before and the quality is fantastic for the price. The rug is thick and plush and feels very nice underfoot. RUG PAD: We plan on replacing the carpet with hard flooring, so I bought the 10x14 Bottorff Dual Surface 0.33" Non Slip Rug Pad (size and height recommended by Wayfair), but there is alot of overhang of the rug. I would recommend one to buy the 11'1" x 15'8" rug pad and cut to size. SHIPPING: The 1st rug I received was delivered damaged (packaging damaged and a rip/cut that went straight through the rug), but the replacement was sent lightening fast and this rug arrived without any issues. Finding a FedEx location that would accept the rug to return (because of the weight) was a little bit of an issue, but just make sure it's not a dropbox location and you should be fine if you need to return it.

Its wrong color theres no pink ! Its orange. Not okay when putting in a dorm. Also had to throw it out after three weeks because the carpet kept shedding so bad the ends of the carpet was coming out. My daughter said it shed so much there was carpet hairs flying in the air when she turned her room fan on . It was too late to return and is such a hassel too because of shipping. Very cheap. I will never buy another hand tufted rug again its a waste of my time and money.
