On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. This is a nice refrigerator. I wish it came with a meat drawer and a pull out freezer door. Other than that the sale price was right and I am happy. I like the fact I can hear it running. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the design of this refrigerator. It has the ice make in the bottom freezer and water dispenser in the refrigerator door inside. The ice is perfectly formed and fully frozen. This was not the case with our previous Samsung as it had the ice maker in the refrigerator and water through the door. The ice maker never fully froze the ice and it frequently would freeze up requiring chipping away ice or defrosting somewhat to get ice maker to work. This design also seems to have more usable space in the refrigerator compartment.It also has a nice clean look sink it doesn’t have the ice and water dispenser through the door.. Gibby.
