Arrived undamaged. Easy to put together. There was a discrepancy in instructions and size of the screws enclosed for the top back of bench just the 2 on sides but it worked out fine must just be a typo. The bench itself feels very sturdy. I am approx. 5' 7" my shoulders rest right at the top of back and the width of seat is comfortable for legs not short like some benches that end too short on the thighs. Color teak true to picture. Love the color and sturdiness of this bench. Looks great in my yard! There were a few assembly problems. One par of screw holes would not line up, no matter what, and I had to re- drill one of the holes. I had to hit the frame with a hammer to get a few of the others to line up.
