This couch is way better in person than the pictures can show. It is very comfortable, the ivory color is just lovely. The pictures show a gray-ish hue, but in person is more cream color dominant, as expected. It’s heavy and sturdy, and the couch-sofa is super easy to setup. It is very easy to assemble. While sitting on it, it is firm which I like it. Little disappoint is, it's small in width in sense of sit position. As for example I have other brand sofa almost in the same price range. It has more sit room and space back rest in position but this new one seems to be tightly on this case.
