5-Piece Ranch Style Dining Set With Oak Top Table & Ladder Back Chairs

The issue is the table arrived damaged, 2 chairs were damaged and one chair back had 2 legs not even the same height so it wobbles. When I contacted customer to send replacement parts I was told the would send a whole new table and chairs if I packaged up the damaged one and sent it back. I explained that the box has been recycled and there is no box big enough to pack it back up. Secondly, the whole weighed about 150lbs. There was no way I would be able to lift that to take it somewhere to be shipped back. So, it makes sense to me that I now am able to use 2 out of 4 chairs and the table has some damage a 50% refund should have been offered...I mean I can only use 50% of the set. Nope they only offered 30% refund. I find it hard to believe this company can't afford the 20% difference or to just send replacement parts which would have been the best customer service step to take.. Oshannah. Oregon City, OR. The chairs look great and are comfortable. Although the chairs are great now that they’re assembled, we ordered 4 packs, 3 of which had broken or missing pieces. The agents were accommodating in helping sort it out, but it took several calls and was a big headache. Table itself is beautiful and I do love it! However, the assembly job was awful! All the pieces were loose and we thought “oh it just needs to be tightened”. After we looked closer, it was loose because the wrong pieces were in the wrong spot and didn’t fit together. The bench legs were put on wrong so the bottom slats were lopsided. The chairs look great and are comfortable. Although the chairs are great now that they’re assembled, we ordered 4 packs, 3 of which had broken or missing pieces. Comfortable and you can add the center leaf to make it bigger. Downside is that if you cross your legs underneath with the leaf stored under the table, you'll hit your knees in it.
