As with all other WÜSTHOF cutlery collections, GOURMET laser-cut stamped and full-tang* knives are crafted in the company’s factory in Germany. Well-balanced and durable, GOURMET knives are made of a high-carbon stain-free steel that resists rusting and staining, facilitates sharpening, and holds its edge. The high-impact GOURMET black handle is seamlessly attached to the blades with a triple rivet style for a hygienic and secure fit. (*Full-tang applies to blades that are 4-inches in length and longer.)
