I have three grandkids who will be using these and I'm sure they will put them to the test! One of the three had a scrape on the side of the seat and with no questions asked, they delivered another one promptly. Otherwise, the condition was excellent when they arrived. Padded seats feel nice and are easy to clean. Swivel is smooth. The base is weighted enough to be sturdy (kids can't rock or tilt them) but light enough to easily move. We use our stools at the kitchen bar, as well as in our family/gameroom area. The seats are big and comfortable, and we love the swivel action. They are strudy, and very easy to clean. We liked the many choices of seat covers, as well as, being able to choose a backless stool. We've told our family and friends all about Tempo, and will shop with you again in the future.
