Very happy with this drafting table. One thing to add to this would be a option for increasing the height of the legs. As I am a designer and hate how I constantly need to bend over projects.

The table came in a timely fashion. I had to put it together which was ok because I enjoy putting things together. It was easy and fun. A lamp and Drafting Machine were easily adapted to it, and I went to work within an hour.

My Daughter loves this desk.It was a little annoying to put together but really not that bad.Only thing ... The little wrench that was supposed to be there wasn't there. It only had the allan key tool.Not a big deal for me as I have tools, but it may be for other people.

The only thing I would change about this table is it needs a ledge to hold the paper so it does not slide off. This makes a great light table.

Nicely designed table-- the extra tilt (70 degrees vs 35 degrees on most tables) is very useful for good posture and lack of perspective distortion when doing serious drawing. The top easily adjusts with one hand. Assembly is straightforward and intuitive if you are used to IKEA or other flat pack furniture items. The one issue is that the drawers and trays are made from brittle plastic-- you need to be careful putting them together so they dont crack. These accessories are also attached with tap screws and you need a heavy duty screw driver and good judgement to tighten them properly. However the main fittings are countersunk with nuts and fit together easily. The castors makes this table more useful in small spaces-- you could use it under with a Murphy bed for example. The unit is well packed for shipping. I thought about getting the optional light pad mount, but an ordinary clip lamp under the table works just fine for tracing so I wont bother. Overall an excellent value and ideal for home use-- I would want something heavier for serious institutionalmultiple user applications.

I love this desk. It was really easy to put together. The glass surface is great and not-so-great. It allows me to put a desk lamp underneath to use it as a shadowbox, but it's also very slick, so you'll need tack, tape, or do what I did and get magnets to hold the paper in place. This matters even when the angle is set to flat, as it slides around as you draw. However, just about any desk will need some solution for this. The glass just makes it a bit worse. The build is fairly sturdy, and the castors make it easy to move around, if you need to. It could use a bit more weight to keep it still on a non-carpeted surface, something I don't have to worry about. I love the quality of the build, in general. It's clean, strong, and doesn't feel at all shoddy. The drawers included are great to have, but a little more space would be even better. The drawing surface does have a great range of angle tilt, which really comes in handy for various drawing projects. The side trays are also a great feature. The height works well for me, but I can also see it working well for someone with an adjustable chair, or even a taller-than-average person. I love this desk. I recommend it to anyone looking for a product like this that stands out in it's tilt angle, it's ability to be a shadowbox, and maneuverability. The extra features are really awesome. It may sound like I'm not happy with some, but that's not true. They're all great features, but I mentioned some ways I would improve them.
