The bed gives some nice padding. Three gripes: 1. Pulling the pad out of the cover is tough, but putting it back on requires several minutes and a lot of pushing, pulling, and tugging. 2. The foam pad is wrapped with a flimsy lining that started falling apart within just a few weeks. 3. My dogs finger the zipper pull irrestible fodder for chewing and tubbing, and there's no place to hide it or tuck it in.
