I was very much looking forward to trying this item out for a storage solution for pots and pans. Unfortunately, the contents of the package only included the shelves and wall brackets. The hooks with which you hang items were not included nor were any screws or drywall anchors. The screws and drywall anchors are easily remedied but the product does not really function without hooks. Otherwise seems like a relatively nice product for its intention.. Anonymous.
