Product Review

If I were commenting solely on the merit of the product, I would have given it 5 stars. It is an excellent platform for my compact oven on bottom, microwave in middle, and other cooking appliances as needed on top. The problem is that it is shipped from the factory in a very thin cardboard box wrapped in a very thin plastic bag, which is a veritable invitation for damage. Wayfair was excellent about having a replacement sent, in which case I was willing to settle for a small ding as opposed to the caster socket being knocked out of round on the first example. A decent quality cardboard box and a little packing material would solve this problem. Incidentally, as a truck driver, I found the note inside the box suggesting that the structure being potentially sprung out of square was the fault of the trucker to be both disingenuous and offensive given the extremely poor packaging.

Service Review

Service was excellent. Not only was it prompt, courteous, and pleasant, I was given the impression that the representative with whom I spoke was genuinely concerned--a rare attribute common in years past which rarely manifests today. Delivery was also great aside from the aforementioned problems caused by packaging which virtually predestined the delivery of an undamaged product to failure.

I purchased an A.V. adjustable cart not for commerical or institutional use but for my mother's home. Her kitchen is small and lacks counter space so I bought the cart so that she could have the TV on the top shelf, a new microwave on the middle shelf, and the bottom shelf used for storage of other items. Both my mother and I couldn't be more pleased. The cart is well made, sturdy, and the wheels are large and of a good quality. I ordered the cart in blue since my mother has some blue tile in her kitchen but was hesitant since the website didn't show an example of what shade of blue was used. In case you're wondering, the blue is a royal blue, and for my mother's kitchen it coordinated beautifully. For my mother and me, we would rate the cart a 10 out of 10.

I am using it to haul around an old TV in my backyard so I can watch it when I'm outside... The color even matches my awnings!!

I have a number of video tape decks in my office that I need to get out of the way when I have visitors. This cart easily wheels them out of sight.

Product Review

This Luxor shelf is an excellent product that does exactly what I need. I am using it as a printer stand. It allows me to roll the printer in and out of the corner for maintenance and I can store paper on the shelves below. It appears to be quite sturdy. I also like the blue color.

Service Review

It would have gotten a 5 except the shipper must have dropped the box which dented one corner. I needed the shelf and could not wait for a return/replacement. So, I will have to live with it. The shipping packaging by Luxor could be greatly improved.

[...] This product was relatively inexpensive. It matches some other, black powder coated, more expensive equipment in my home. I can't tell much difference between it and the higher end stuff I own.

This is my third Luxor cart. I made a mistake several months ago and hastily bought a cart from [...](I purchased my first two there years ago). I knew the minute UPS delivered it that it was not a Luxor. It came knocked down and had to be bolted together. It was a wanne be knockoff private label. I sent it back. This Luxor is welded and minor assembly and will hold anything you put on it. I used to have a 100lb CRT on one of them, back in the day. I stumbled across this Luxor at Wayfair and was thrilled to see not only a great price, [...]. It was a no brainer.
