Frying Pans & Skillets

I love these pans. My sister and I have had 2 for over 25 years and then I bought 2 more for myself. Since then I have purchased 2 for my sister and 2 for each of my girls. I use these pans on top of the stove for bacon, eggs, and pancakes. But my favorite way to use them is in the oven to bake cookies, because they distribute the heat so evenly. I get more compliments on my delicious cookies and I know it is because of these pans. I also use them to bake fruit pizza, home made pizza and chicken. Our old pan had no handle and everything stuck! This pan is great!!"

We got this to use when cooking pancakes so we could cook more than three at a time. I was able to cook 5 or 6 at a time, depending on the size of the pancakes. The handles do get a bit warm, even though they are covered. They are still cool enough to touch though. My stove is set up to where I had to put this on a small eye and a large eye, so naturally the two ends of the pan heated unevenly. To help with that, I turned the heat on the smaller eye up a little higher than the heat on the larger eye."..."  Read more
