We currently have 6 of these in our 92K sq. ft. office building and as the person who takes care of these I can tell you that when they are working they are a great asset. After 5 years of being installed we are consistently having problems with 2 of them turning off. After replacing every single electrical component including the dedicated outlets that these are plugged into we are still having problems. Updated review- doesn’t have enough flow rate to work for our drinking fountain. Therefore it never worked for us. —————— Great quality, heavy duty, elegant. The only 2 things is I really wish it came in different finishes besides just chrome. And the push down is pretty stiff to push down. As an adult, so my fingers don’t cramp, I’m using my palm to push it down.
