CucinaPro Imperia Home Pasta Machine

It's better than I thought it would be. I was surprised itâ™s as cool as it is, and it got here very fast, I will buy from Wayfair again.

I have been thinking about making my own pasta for some time now and finally I decided to do it,...and NOW. Researched the pasta makers and talked with friends(who mostly make polymere jewelry with a pasta maker). Decided on the Imperia, CucinaPro. It seems it is most widely used in Italy. I am totally satisfied with the pasta maker and thrilled that it doesnt have to be taken apart, washed and dried. Being very health conscious, the end product is a delight and a treat, plus I know it is not filled with mysterious preservatives.

Good product - now get to get attachments! Good quality. Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. Might look at the electric one next.

We have been using this for a few months and it makes great pasta and it easy to use. The handle is not attached, and sometimes falls out, which is a little frustrating, but overall the machine is sturdy and effective.

I wish I hadn't waited so long to buy this pasta machine! I absolutely love it. I was a bit skeptical about making my own homemade pasta but it was easy! I am so glad I selected this model - it's made in Italy, and is a nice quality. I know I will be using this over and over for years to come. I'm also looking forward to eventually purchasing the accessories to make other shapes of pasta.
