Lots of Fun Worked well and we had a good time with lots of fun. The pasta was perfect. More instruction in English would have been helpful but we found a great web site that did just that. |

Love it! I wish I hadn't waited so long to buy this pasta machine! I absolutely love it. I was a bit skeptical about making my own homemade pasta but it was easy! I am so glad I selected this model - it's made in Italy, and is a nice quality. I know I will be using this over and over for years to come. I'm also looking forward to eventually purchasing the accessories to make other shapes of pasta. |

Works great, but learn Italian! I have used this twice so far and it works really well! So far I just have some minor issues with it. First - the instructions are in Italian! Good thing it was easy to put together. However, there's one piece I have no idea where to put. I've rolled out sheets of noodles for lasagna and ravioli, and I've made cut noodles with the fettuccine attachment. The handle won't fit very well into the spaghetti attachment, so I'll have to call Wayfair. Also, if you're clamping it to your counter, I would recommend putting the cutting attachment on it, even if you aren't using it. Its weight isn't evenly distributed and the cutting attachment helps keep it in place. |

Just what I was looking for I had a cooking class in Tuscany and the machine we used was the same one. We had so much fun making pasta and it is sooo good. I could not wait to get back and buy one here so I could make fresh pasta again. It helps to have an extra set of hands helping you. It takes time to do and it is helpful if you have someone show you the first time. |

Nice machine, but careful on cleaning I like this machine, it does the job nicely, and I like to use it, it is a lot of fun for my kids too. What is not so great: 1. When cleaning, be sure to just dust it off and never wipe it with a wet cloth. Sometimes I run a dry paper towel through to make sure the rollers are dry. 2. When you screw it to the table, it is not holding very well. Thankfully, I have kids next to me, who make sure the machine does not move too much when rolling. 3. When rolling the dough, use settings 6, then 4, then 2. Do NOT use 1. It makes dought too thin and sticky. 4. When rolling dough through spaghetti maker, make sure to dust it with flour a lot, otherwise the strings get attached to each other. Overall, I am very happy with it! |

Excellent Excellent pasta machine at a great price. Received within one week of ordering. I've used it a handful of times with perfect results every time, even on weeknights when it might seem too time consuming. Easy enough for a beginner. |
