Attractive light when it is working..
Jen H. from Chambersburg, PA– Verified Buyer
This stone landscape rock looks nice and puts out a decent amount of spotlighting around my garden area. I had purchased two of these. However, the light fades after only a few hours after it is dark. I have come outside at 6-7pm and the light is working very well, but by 9-10pm it is barely shining. Maybe this will improve when the days get longer (it is late November now) and it is able to get more sunlight during the day. Overall it serves its purpose for me... most of the time I'm going to bed when the light goes out anyway, so I dont care so much.
Good feature lighting

I ordered two of these pieces to provide some additional light on my large terrace. They do not throw a lot of light and are not very bright so I wouldn't use them to illuminate walkways etc. However they are very lightweight and would blend very well in a garden bed or a large flowerpot to make some of your plantings at night a feature by softly illuminating them. I suspect this is really intended purpose for these and I just didn't read carefully enough about what they were meant for. I intend to put them in a large planter with the a Japanese maple to illuminate them at night and have it look pretty.
More of a glow than light

Solar lights are not very bright. This is one of the best that I have tried. I wanted it to light up the reflective lettering on my house number and it does that fine. It would not be sufficient to light a path or landscaping.
just the right amount of light

To shine on one accent piece. This is perfect for our various tall grasses in our garden. Its just the right amount of suddle illumination to light whatever it placed about 2 feet from and these blend into the rock beds nicely. However, these in no way cover large areas of space.

The idea is great and love the concept of using solar.

I bought this to uplight some stone sculptures at the beginning of my driveway. They are bright enough and fit in well on the stone wall.

I expected these to be heavier...like a real stone. And I'm not sure how they pass as a stone, when the panel is quite large and also the light is quite large.

These solar rocks do a great job and everyone that sees them ask me where did I get them from

Works well but doesn't last all night. Not as powerful as I would have liked
