I must admit I was skeptical at first when I purchased this knife. However, if you work a line during service and don't own a 150mm petty knife, then this is the answer. This is a solid ceramic knife. Handle is comfortable and blade seems very sturdy. It had a tiny scratch or pock mark on one side of the blade, but I don't think it will affect performance.
