I made an ordering mistake on my bar stools (after the lovely reps helped me make my choice so kindly and ably) by not managing to measure properly. I was met with such kindness and helpfulness upon calling to own up to my mistake and was given such an inventive fix for MY error. I received my revised product in no time and they are lovely and a real hit. Even if the product were not as wonderful as it is, I would probably re-order from them because the people were so helpful. Took me a bit to figure out the putting together of them, but that is probably mechanical ineptitude on my behalf and not a problem with the bar stools."..."  Read more
