Loving this pan so far. Have used for 3 months and it has kept the non stick well. It is heavier but I like that it is aluminum free and ceramic for better food safety from toxic chemicals in other non stick. Cooks nice and evenly as well. Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom.
