Step2 Modern Metro Toddler Pretend Play Toy Kitchen Set

My child loves this kitchen set! It is taller than I thought it would be and very sturdy. She enjoys all the groceries and accessories that come with it too. We are very happy with this kitchen play set.

Wayfair was the worst company I’ve ever worked with. I returned the item . After two days of requesting a manager with no avail. they stated they were going to charge me $40.00 to send it back.

This was a gift and he loves it. Uses it everyday.

Where do I even begin?! First of all I am VERY satisfy with my purchase! I was very skeptical on ordering from this website because I had no prior history with Wayfair. I was VERY determined to get a play kitchen for my son and out of so many I finally decided to order this one, due to its stand out colour and made up. I ordered this for my 17-month old son as one of his Christmas gift. The transaction was pretty straight forward, the shipping and delivery exceptionally fast, and the packaging/box came in great condition; however, was very surprised to see how big the box was (lol). The product is very sturdy and strong and has a lot of room space than expected. I was reading some of the reviews, where the doors were not closing properly. That were not the case for me, as all doors and cupboards closed nicely. There were no missing parts and everything which was described came. In the pictures provided, I bought additional accessories such as dishwasher, cake mixer, coffeemaker, electric kettle, toaster, fridge food, pantry food, additional pretend play fruits/vegetables, Kitchen cloths etc. It is not shown in the picture, but I added lights to the overhead of the stove, inside the oven and refrigerator, to give it a more realistic approach, especially if my son wants to cook dinner in the night. This product DOES NOT come with pretend food, so if you are planning on purchasing this, I suggest you buy food and other accessories as needed. A HAND DRILL IS NEEDED! There were no pre drill holes in this product. So having a drill made it so much easier for it to set up. The good thing, there are markings where the holes needs to be drilled into (in case you are confused by this). If you don’t have a drill, and would like to gift this, I suggest to set it up a few hours prior, cause it’s going to take a few hours. With the drill, it took my partner and I about an hour to set up. To sum it up, I am very happy with this product, very satisfy with the purchase. It was a bit pricey, but was worth every penny!

Kids love it. Love the sounds it makes when on the grill .

My son loves his new kitchen and plays with it every day. The only thing we didn't like was that it didn't come with play food. I would purchase play food when ordering this kitchen. Also be aware that you have to put it altogether and it took 2 people to achieve this.

Pros: Great toy and Wayfair sent it super fast! It arrived much earlier than I expected and that was a wonderful surprise. Cons: Missing the pepper shaker but Step2's great customer service took care of that. I can understand why other reviewers mention using a powerdrill as my hand is still sore 4 days later. Wish it had more interactive play, more noises, etc. Overall: no regrets
