This Prime-Line U 9933 Sash Lock can only be opened with the provided keys. It can be used for childproofing sliding windows and for securing windows at high elevation. Use this security lock on vertical single and double hung sliding windows, as well as on horizontal sliding windows. It can be installed on windows constructed of aluminum, wood and vinyl sash and frames. This keyed lock for window is constructed of diecast zinc and comes finished in a white enamel finish. The keyed lock features a 1/4 inch narrow keeper with 2-7/8 inch hole centers on the keeper, and 2-1/4 inch hole centers on the cam-action keyed locking latch.
