These fully assembled screens are constructed of white aluminum frame, plastic corners and glide brackets with gray fiberglass mesh. For aesthetic purposes, some only use these screens seasonally, as they prefer to not have permanently affixed screens on their windows. These screens are used horizontally with vertical sliding windows, and vertically on horizontal sliding windows. When using these expandable screens horizontally, the width can adjust from 20-1/8 inch to 37-3/16 inch. When using the screens vertically, the net width is 18-3/16 inch, and the height can adjust from 20-1/8 inch tall to 37-3/16 inch. These screens are easy to install and are commonly used as temporary screening when exterior temperatures allow. These screens are used to help block out flying and crawling insects when ventilation through open windows is desired. The MP16615 has a height of 10-3/16 inches and the MP16617 has a height of 18-3/16 inches.

These vintage style door levers are constructed of diecast and come in a beautiful finish. They feature a heavy weighted casting design and unique Silencer bushings for smooth operation. This set of levers is designed for indoor use only, and it includes one 2-3/4 inch steel spindle, and one 3-5/8 inch steel spindle with 3/8 inch-20 threads. These French style levers fit 1/4 inch square drive spindle systems commonly found in antique and vintage door hardware sets, and with the two (2) provided square spindles, it can adjust to accommodate doors of different thicknesses. The lever shanks include setscrews for fastening to the square spindles. All other components of matching vintage design must be purchased separately to include the internal mortise lock body, the door rosettes, the trim and strike plates, or the latch and fasteners. Note: These levers cannot be used on pre-bored doors that have large, newer style doorknob holes without first prepping them to receive this older-style hardware. Installation tip: Because the fasteners of the rosettes (purchased separately) require a solid surface to mount to, the large 2-1/8 inch (approximate size) holes must first be filled with a hardening filler, to then be able to receive the rosette fasteners. Products like Fix-It-All and Bondo Body Filler have worked well for some, but care must be used to avoid damaging any prefinished door surfaces during application and finishing.

    This Defender Security Swing Bar Door Guard will increase peace of mind when answering the door by allowing the door to be cracked open slightly for viewing. When engaged, a ball on the keeper interlocks with the bar lock and prevents an intruder from pushing their way through. We have improved upon the standard door guard design and added an innovative backup thumb turn security lock that blocks the release tool from disengaging the door guard latch. In cases of emergency, hotel security or emergency crews can pop the thumb turn off of the unit by applying approximately 100 pounds of force to the door. (Note that 100 pounds of force is much greater than a simple kick in, so the emergency release feature does not compromise your security.) Additionally, after the thumb turn lock breaks away, the unit still operates as a traditional swing bar door lock and a specially designed Anti-Lockout emergency access tool is required to swing the door guard out of place. To help prevent forced entry into your home, it is always a good idea to engage the backup thumb turn lock whenever you are not actively using your door.

This mortise case lock is designed for indoor use only, and it functions with the use of a spring-loaded square drive spindle at maximum width and height of 1/4 in.. It ships handed (to close in a certain direction), but the latch can be reversed for opposite swinging doors. This mortise lock assembly is used with antique and vintage door hardware and it features a 2-3/8 in. backset. The latch includes a latch and deadbolt strike with fasteners, but it does not include any of the following components and they must be purchased separately: the doorknobs, square spindle, spare keys, and trim plates. Note #1: the square drive on this latch has a 9/32 in. opening, but it will only accommodate 1/4 in. square spindles. Note #2: This item cannot be used on pre-bored doors that have large, newer style doorknob holes without first prepping them to receive this hardware.
