This is a sash lock and keeper. They are found on a variety of sashes and due to their design are often used as a child safety lock. The slim-line design allows a minimum of projection for a maximum unobstructed view. All the necessary installation hardware is included for a quick and easy installation. A Phillips head screwdriver will be required for installation.

These locks mount on the check (or “meeting”) rails of single and double hung vinyl sash where their checkrails rest flush when closed on vertical sliding windows
Features cam-type locking mechanism designed to grab and pull the keeper and vinyl meeting rails firmly together, providing tighter seals and increased security
The lock body has mounting holes that are spaced apart at 2-1/16 inch on center
Constructed of heavy-duty vinyl composite material and comes in a white smooth finish
Included with each package are one lock body, one keeper, installation fasteners and simple instructions
