We love our new fireplace. Wile there was a small hole in the box and Styrofoam, all the piece were in perfect condition. Assembly was easy. It worked best having to of us, but one person could have assembled it. There were only two glitches on the right front panel piece. One predrilled hole did not have threading, and one other hole did not align with its matching piece. Neither was weight bearing, so it didn't matter. It took about three hours to assemble, and now, we are enjoying a beautiful fireplace.

Perfect! We added this and took out a dated entertainment center. It brings the whole room together. The fireplace is easy to assemble and throws off great heat. Perfect ambience for almost any room.

This fireplace is a very beautiful unit. It is very well made and assembly was straightforward and reasonably simple to complete. I did have the work professionally done only because it is quite heavy.

This was the MOST PERFECT Christmas present! It arrived on time and both boxes were in great condition. The process from start to finish was so easy. The fireplace is beautiful and works for what we wanted. I give this 4 stars because the “white” wasn’t as bright white as I wanted when placed next to our wall. So I chose to give it a quick coat of paint.

We have had ours for 4 years now, and no issues! It’s wonderful. Some parts came damaged and they fixed it right away. Highly recommend!
