Received all items in single delivery and packages don't appear to be damaged. I have only built one unit so far but it appears to be sturdy, easy to build, and aesthetically matches product images. Great unit with excellent quality. The color is a little darker than I expected, almost black, but it works well with the rest of our room. After reading the reviews, we hired professional contractors to assemble it, and they put it together in about 20 minutes. The unit is extremely heavy, so I’m glad we had help. I was a little concerned after seeing several reviews mentioning broken glass shelves, so I’ve avoided placing anything large or heavy on the glass shelf. The shipping box was perfectly packed. The setup was simple and didn’t take long at all. I love the little hammer that came with it. The unit is sturdy overall, once everything is completely snapped together correctly. However, the cubes are not 12.4” each. They are 11.5” each. Plus, the connectors take up a lot of space which makes the opening of each cube only 10”. That means the drawers I bought to go inside them don’t fit at all.
