This 42.2-inch high bookcase can be placed not only vertically in your home, but also horizontally as a storage cabinet. Available in black and white, it is especially suitable for people with large storage needs at home, not only for books, but also for various miscellaneous items, plants and other things. Study, living room, bedroom or office can be used, functional, sturdy and practical.

I bought the taller one, 5 shelf, in brown and two of the smaller one, 3 shelf, in gray. **The 5 shelf case was better quality. The backing was partical wood pieces like the rest of the case. All of the wood pieces were laminated (vinyl) on both sides (even the bottom) with exceptions to some edges that do not show from any angle. This was important because I wanted it to go sideways under my rack of plants to give it some height. Also the little adhesive circles that cover the metal parts was made out of the laminate material and stuck quite nicely. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the brown 5 shelf case. ** The 3 shelf case was not great. The backing was one piece of thick cardboard (Like you usually find in this type of case) instead of particle wood. Many pieces were only finished on one side. If it was meant to be an under side, it did not have the PAPER laminate. Two problems, when taking off the number stickers, it took the finish off as well and when I flipped one of the two (I wanted to stack in L shape) on its side, all the under sides are unfinished. The little adhesive cover up circles were made of paper material and barely stick. One of the boxes, they were all bent so they do not lay flat or stick well. Two stars ⭐️⭐️ for the gray 3 shelf case.. Bobbiejo. US. Fri Oct 09 2026

Solid bookshelf, definitely can hold a good amount of weight. Not overly heavy though once completely built. The design includes open shelves and four flush doors, providing a mix of display space and concealed storage for your essentials. Not bad for the price point. It seems fairly sturdy and was simple enough to install. It will serve the purpose for which we bought it nicely. As noted by others, the top row of cubes is smaller than the bottom by the height of the shelf which I would consider a design flaw.. Becky. Wed Oct 07 2026

The bookcase itself pretty good, around 9 stars. But the assembly instructions were poor, around 3 stars. In addition, there were not enough wood dowels included. Worked for what I needed. Instructions were clear and pretty easy to put together. Reason I give it 4 stars is it’s kind of flimsy. But pretty good for the price and got here quickly. Mary. Saugus, CA. Tue Jun 16 2026
