About Filling: The poufs are shipped UNSTUFFED. You can use polyester or cotton fiber filling. Also you can recycle, reuse, and stuff it with old towels, cushion, poly fill, cotton batting,, used clothes bubble pack, fabric remnants, blankets, towels, pillow, etc.
