Good quality and relatively easy too assemble. They even sent me instructions ahead of time by email. My only complaint is that it really does not recline which I thought it did. In fact I chose this one over another cheaper one since this one implied it did. It leans back plenty but was hoping for a bit of a recline. Also, the back is not as tall as I hoped. I bought this recliner to assist in my knee replacement comfort. The only downside is sometimes I feel like I have to keep pushing back to remain in a totally reclined position additionally, if you are looking for a wrap you up squishy comfort -this is not your chair-it does the job and is easy on the eyes.
