Generous size, larger than expected. Soft yet firm cushion top. Fabric feels good, velvety. Ottoman will store two lap blankets nicely. Color of ottoman is the color that I saw online but the description stated BLUE, so I stepped out on a limb and ordered it, hoping it would be blue. It looks green or teal to me. I like the ottomans enough that I am keeping them and have ordered fabric to sew a top to match my existing chairs. The only negative is that the LEGS ARE PLASTIC and with a plastic molded tip. I loved this storage bench! The teal is very pretty, the thing’s well made, hinges are of great quality, and it arrived very well packaged. The only reason (well, 2 reasons) why it does not get 5 stars is because it’s so light, it moves too easily around wood floors, so I always have to be putting it in place over and over again, cuz it moves about easily from just having my little kid or dog slightly brush against it... then again, some people might like how light it is. Secondly, that the upholstry (fabric) on the top cushion (lead) is not on taut, but a bit loose. Overall, it’s VERY nice and I do not regret buying it at all — quite happy with it!. Cali.
