For the price, it was just what I needed. Reclining feels great and the cup holders are an added bonus. My only minor complaints are that when not reclining it leans just a little too far back. I tend to sit up instead of back unless I kick the legs up. And the cup holder is in an odd place. I think it should have been further forward to avoid knees from knocking into the glasses. I purchased this couch and it arrived with missing pieces. I’ve been contacting them and they said they would send the missing pieces. I reiterated multiple times the pieces that I was missing and they reassured me also multiple times that they would send the right pieces.Waited a long time for the pieces to come instead we received a box that was identical to the previous box with still the same missing pieces I was expecting them to either re-ship the parts but all they did was say they could refund me and I had to ship it back. I could no longer put all these cushions back in a box because they had expanded.My Roommate and then re-ordered the same couch and they shipped the same two boxes with the same missing parts but this time with different instructions to a different couch and I now have to dispose of all of these pieces because I cannot build this couch without the missing parts.
