Happy with the outcome. a major improvement over old-style wire shelfs. Drywall was attached to 1 x 2 furring strips glued to concrete wall, so the 50 mm screws provided were too long to be used. The supplied toggle bolts could not be used either as there was not a sufficient gap between the drywall and the concrete. Therefore I used 10 concrete screws for hanging rail and 4 for support cleats to ensure a good solid connection to the wall. The box containing the vertical panels arrived wet on the bottom end and open - the panels all had some minor damage. Dotted Line offered to sent new panels then we settled on a credit as I had already done the installation and touch-up. The drawers do not come with installation instructions but a QR code on the template leads to the online version, and once you do the first drawer the others go quickly. You must be very strict to the template to attach the slide rail to the sides of the drawers! The drawer fronts allow for adjustment and with patience you can get the drawers visually aligned. Clean lines with plenty of space, easy to install, would highly recommend this.. Mel. Mckinney, TX. Sun Sep 13 2026

1. Easy to install and remove. If you want to accommodate heavier and more clothes, it is recommended to connect to the wall for installation to increase the load-bearing capacity. 2. More ways to install and use spaces and walls of different widths, while having more usable space, 6 oversized drawers can accommodate more sundries. 3. 14 shelves including multi-layer bag display shelves make the shape more beautiful and make it easier to build a private wardrobe. 4. The open clothes hanging rod can hang more clothes at the same time, and it will not cause problems such as mold in the clothes due to the closed space. 5. A shoe-wearing bench is attached to facilitate wearing and taking off shoes at the wardrobe rack, which is more convenient for matching the whole body shape.

This system was installed for me by a renovation crew working on my new home. I am told that it was easy to assemble and appears to be spacious and sturdy. However, it is not trimmable and was slightly too wide for the space; the website says it can be cut to fit. Fortunately, in this case, the crew was able to modify the drywall to make it fit and also used their own wall anchors.. Elizabeth. TN. Thu May 07 2026

Add essential organization to your closet with this walk-in closet system. It's made from engineered wood in your choice of neutral finish, so you can find the one that works best in your space. It has 18 shelves, five clothing rods, and three drawers that offer plenty of organizational space for anything from delicate blouses to chunky sweaters. We floated the entire closet with the plan to replace the flooring down the road. Consider your shelf height to align with each other for you can screw through each vertical and shelf. We used ledger boards to brace and carry.. Allen. Johnstown, PA. Mon Sep 28 2026

Customize your setup with multiple installation layouts — L- shaped or 45° for corners and small spaces, or straight for walk-in closets and boutiques. Perfect for small bedrooms, apartments, or walk-in closets. The open design clothing rack keeps everything organized and stylishly displayed.

The six-tier shelving unit tucked into the corner is a standout feature. It fits neatly into the tightest part of the closet and gives me dedicated spots for folded sweaters, shoeboxes, and storage bins, making use of vertical space Id otherwise have wasted. I also appreciate the small side hooks for scarves and bags, and the extra hanging bar along the side wall for even more capacity. Assembly was straightforward, and the matte black finish gives the whole setup a clean, modern look that doesnt feel out of place even in an unfinished space. For anyone dealing with a tricky closet shape, this system is flexible enough to adapt without sacrificing storage. Highly recommend.. Karla. Homestead, FL. Wed Sep 09 2026

Four stars for the unit, but 2 stars for Angi. This unit seems to be very well made. It seems very sturdy and the pieces are quite heavy. I bought this in chestnut and I like the color. I would advise anyone considering the professional assembly to truly understand the complexity of the installation if it needs to be cut to size. Angi grossly underestimated the amount of time involved. The tradesman has to cut the wooden shelves and the metal bars to fit. All the drawers need to be assembled, and the glides attached. The entire unit needs to be attached to studs (preferably) and/or anchored into the wall. And of course it needs to be leveled. I was allotted two hours to complete the job, which is ridiculous. When I contacted Wayfair, they did reschedule Angi to finish the job, but what a fiasco. You will save a huge amount by doing this, but it was very inconvenient to say the least.. Karen. MD.
