Works well for mostly used items. I wish I had of gotten the dark grey instead of stone color. I definitely need a bigger one for holding totes. I’m hoping they go on sale because I need a bigger one. Very easy to assemble. Flimsy doors and hard to open, you need 2 hands because they stick on the bottom. But it’s ok for what I use it for. The Suncast 8x10 Shed is a nice addition to our property for our storage needs. I will admit the process of putting together the shed was not as easy as other reviews had suggested (however that is probably user error). Having a level base is extremely important as any uneven surface will cause the roofing and doors to not align as needed and will create some issues while putting it together. Overall for price and size this shed is worth it. My only other suggestion would be to anchor it down to protect against adverse weather.. Anonymous. Cheshire County, NH. Tue May 05 2026

I needed an outside storage shed with a thinner profile. I ordered this cabinet mostly based off the dimensions. So, first the good points (1) the order arrived undamaged (2) the directions were easy to follow, (3) all parts ( there were a lot of them) were present clearly labeled (4) it holds quite a bit of stuff once assembled. Now for the reasons I gave it 4 stars not 5 (1) it’s quite time-consuming to put together so give yourself at least 2 full hours if you’re working alone (2) the base of the cabinet does not sit flush with the rest of the storage unit is likely to be an entry point for bugs or standing water (3) all pieces are covered by a protective plastic adhesive which takes the brunt of the shipping scratches but must be removed from each piece preferably prior to assembly for a clean, scratch-free look (4) it’s almost impossible to remove the adhesive from all pieces once assembled (5) the metal, once uncovered, scratches easily. It’s an outdoor storage shed so chances are it will get scratched. So it’s not the end of the world, especially if it’s out of sight. I cannot confirm if it’s waterproof but the roof pieces overlap in a way that makes me think it will do just fine in areas not inundated with rain inclement weather.. Leslie. Fillmore, CA. Featuring a sturdy, impact-resistant design, this plastic room withstands wind, rain, and collisions while maintaining stability. Waterproof, rust-proof, and UV-proof properties ensure long-lasting performance in outdoor environments. The spacious interior easily stores furniture, tools, or goods, and HD windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright, comfortable atmosphere. Ideal for storage, studios, or leisure, it combines durability, functionality, and low maintenance for worry-free outdoor living

Don’t buy. It is a pain to put together AND it does not withstand any kind of weather. Even though it was screwed into the base, a gust of 60 mph wind tore it out of its base and threw it against my neighbors house. Due to the return policy, I can’t return it. So I’m out the money I spent and ended up having to throw it away.. Emily. Wichita, KS. Wed Jun 11 2025

Turn your backyard into a clean, peaceful retreat where every garden tool and seasonal gear has its place. Sunlight fills the interior through the window, creating a light, welcoming space that makes yard work feel effortless. Built to brave hot summer sun and chilly winter rains, this shed keeps your patio clutter-free, so you can spend less time organizing and more time enjoying quiet weekend mornings outdoors.

Good size and structure for what we needed but it was a challenge to put together. We ordered 2 and are waiting to assemble that one.. Lisa. East Providence, RI. Thu Aug 27 2026

It's a simple truth – woodsheds degrade over time. Wood rot, mold, pests, and weather cause damage as it sits in the backyard. The Factor is made from plastic resin, making it all-weather resistant as well as resistant to rot, mold, and damage from heat, cold, and humidity. It's built extremely well and holds up to the elements, so it's a sturdy alternative to wood and aluminum sheds.

Perfect size. It’s really well made and wasn’t hard to assemble. Just takes some time.. Lori. Lakeville, MN. Wed Sep 23 2026

Took a few hours to make, but directions were easy to follow. Its a good little shed closet for our deck. I keep all the grilling stuff in there that was cluttering my kitchen and shed. Love it!. Robert. Hauppauge, NY. Wed Aug 26 2026
