Overall, I like these a lot. I wanted something sturdy and basic in this room which houses my home office because I also have a lot of dumbbells and they were on a weight rack which I found to be somewhat unsightly. I had to deduct a star because I could not get the latches attached to the lid, no matter how hard I tried and the pre-drilled holes for the hinges were really not acceptable. In both of these chests, the middle pre-drilled hole was missing entirely. The others were just barely drilled and so I had to ask a friend to come over and help me get the screws fully screwed in. When it comes to our bedrooms, storage space seems to always come at a premium, especially when talking about our clothing. Don’t worry, this storage trunk is here to help. Crafted from solid wood, it features an unfinished look (meant to be finished by the consumer). Its lift-top design opens to reveal ample storage space, while also doubling as a seat that can support up to 500 lbs. after assembly.

I was looking for something to hold blankets and pillows and this fits the bill! There were a few issues putting it together, mostly attaching the soft close hinges- they didn’t want to match up with the pre drilled holes and it took some force to make sure they were even close. Also the board for the bottom is very thin but with the 2 braces it doesn’t seem to be a problem. It is holding various sizes of blankets and pillows for my kids to grab when needed.
