There is nothing nice to say about this experience. Every panel is scratched as it was not protected by film coating or even packing paper in between layers. Absolutely the worst. I have built kitchens, decks and additions. But this piece of junk is impossible to assemble as directed. The material is so flimsy that one cannot get all ten mortises to line up with the ten tenons at the same time. Putting pressure on the joint to set the tenon causes the piece to break. We ordere this Deck Box because we needed a place to store our solar pool cover when not in use. We love that this box can be opened from the top, and also opened in the front. It gives us a nice large space to get this large cover into the box. Assembly of the box was pretty straight forward and the directions were easy to follow. I was able to assemble it by myself other than adding the lid. I needed a second person to hold it in place and apply pressure from behind so the screws would catch. We do not plan to place a lock on this box, but if you need one that can be locked, be sure to pay attention to the latch.
