My husband and I ordered 2 of these and are loving them. The fact that they have wheels is great. It took me several hours to assemble. Instructions were easy to follow. A few of the parts were damaged but I was able to order replacement parts easily at no extra charge. Wayfair is great at backing their products up. The only struggle I had was the metal doors don’t look like they are going to line up so I spent extra time on them. As soon as I placed them the doors lined up better. I think I was on a slope on my driveway when I assemble but as soon as I placed them on level surface they were fine. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with this cabinet. It did arrive with one panel slightly bent, but my husband was able to lightly tap it with a hammer back into shape. It was carefully packaged well, but it is very heavy, and arrived by freight, so some bending is probably inevitable. We are using this in the garage, so we don’t mind a couple small dings. My husband said the assembly was relatively simple. There were a lot of pieces and it took about 2 hrs to put together. The drawers are smooth, and lock well— same for the cabinet doors. I love these cabinets. However, I don't love not receiving a courtesy call when the guy is coming to deliver them. We are having monsoons down here and the boxes were left outside. These were quick to arrive. Packaged well. Pretty heavy. Every piece had foam in between so no scratches in the metal pieces have to admit some steps were harder and the instructions could be clearer. It took me about 2 hours to assemble on my own but needed help in one part - someoneto hold the pieces to make sure they are level while I screw the two panels together. Overall, I wanna give this a 3.5 because it’s so tedious and sometimes frustrating. But once you get past the difficult steps, everything went smoothly. I like the look of it. This cabinet was very difficult to put together due to poor instructions, that did not explain that certain pieces needed to be bent once they were put in place. And it made it very difficult to figure out which way the pieces went. It would have been so much easier with more clear instructions. There are also some dings and scratches in the cabinet. I wasnt too worried about that. Because its going in the basement. But it did not come in perfect condition. If your house literally has NO closets on the 1st, floor. you needed this metal storage cabinet for your board games, cases of water, printer paper and ink, commercial cotton candy machine and supplies, paint cans, as well as miscellaneous items. Rolls With Ease holds a lot. Rolls easily which is great when moving to a new home.
