I bought this to go in the smaller of the two closets in my room for shoes. Storage bins fit perfect in the large spaces for sandals to go in. It was fairly easy to put together by myself but the directions got a little confusing at some points and I had to redo some things. I used a power drill and it saved me a bunch of time. I just went slow with it. Seems sturdy enough for my shoes and won’t really be moved much since it’s almost the exact width of the closet it’s in. I bought to fit mounted on the slanted bottom of my back entryway closet. It fits perfect and installed easily. It appears as pictured and adorable. My issue however is how far away the bars start from the wall. This causes kids shoes to fall through. It probably wouldn't be an issue if I didn't install it on an angle. Not worth returning. This shoe rack is fine. It doesnt wow me, because its sort of got a cheap fake veneer style to it. This shoe rack can hold 12 pairs of shoes and has two large drawers for a lot of socks. Two hooks on each side of the shelf allow you to hang small items like keys. And coats and hats can be hung on five wall hooks.
