I had previously ordered the same bench from another vendor and it showed up completely busted, but this time there was only minor internal damage. I think the problem lies in the fact that it is shipped pre-assembled, which is convenient, but if not handled properly in transit it leads to damage. Overall I am pleased with my purchase..
