This item is a great idea but requires two things: patience to figure out how to assemble it, and enough strength to work with it once it’s filled with items to be filed. The instructions say it’s best to assemble with two people and it can get very heavy when loaded. It has caster wheels at the bottom that allow you to move it easily. I think you could probably replace the wheels pretty easily with soft rubber caster wheels if you wanted to preserve your floor.
